Could you provide a bit more detail for this question? What grade are you in? In elementary school, this question could be very basic, just a paragraph or two about any book you have read. Here, the focus would be more on paragraph development (topic sentence, body, final sentence that 'wraps the paragraph up'). In high school, a teacher would expect a much more reflective answer. You might highlight metaphors used throughout the book, or relate the characters or events to something in your life that is expressed through the story.
