This question requires you to cite two marginalized groups other than enslaved Black Americans to whom Frederick D. refers in his writing. I can give you one example, and you can look for the other in the narrative. Like many Abolitionists in the mid 19th century, Douglass was aligned with the Womens' Rights Movement, because women, like enslaved peoples, were Americans denied the civil rights seemingly guaranteed by the Constitution, and yet at that time enjoyed only by white men. So, the interests of enslaved and women Americans were often aligned.
In the present day, you can see many such examples of partnered groups, particularly on the political Left. Groups advocating for womens' rights, democratic socialist reforms, and trans rights, for example, often support Black Lives Matter, since all seek more equality and less vicitimization in the American experience.
I hope this helps!
