I would argue that the answer is C) Point of View
This will tell you who is telling the story, why they are telling it, and from what perspective they are coming from. This will allow you to make sound judgments about what you read in the actual content of the document. For example, if it is in first person point of view, you know that the article is based on that person's perspective of the situation. Whereas if it is in 3rd person, you can also recognize that.
