In #4, I don't have a problem with "her" because it seems that one person (in this case, a woman) is making remarks that are off subject. I believe the problem lies with "so." Another word like "therefore" seems more appropriate. Also, the punctuation that precedes "so" would only need to be a comma because "so" is a conjunction like "and." Using "therefore" would separate the two independent clauses more and justify the use of a semi-colon.
In #6, I believe the problem is in the comparison (more than what?). Leave out "more than" and just use "happy" or "extremely happy" if you want to increase the degree of "happy."
In #7, perhaps you are correct. I don't see any other error.
I agree with the previous comment about using "lies" instead of "lays." Your other answers appear to be correct.
