Hi Janny,
Your answer to question one looks good, but I would take another look at "parents". Remember that "parents" is possessive, because we're talking about their house. You need to add an apostrophe somewhere.
Question two ("Did you lose your keys?") is just a yes or no question, so you can answer it with just a "yes" or a "no". It is a strange question to ask, though, because you just mentioned in the previous line that you had lost your keys.
Your answer to question three needs an article ("a"), but otherwise it's okay from a grammatical standpoint.
The last question ("What had you done?") sounds a bit awkward and doesn't make much sense to me. It's very ambiguous. I can only guess, though, that the question is asking you what exactly you had done to lose your keys and lock yourself out of the house in the first place. So I think that the questioner is looking for something like, "I usually leave my keys right on top of my desk at work. On this particular day, though, I was working outside of the office and left my keys sitting on top of a table at Starbucks. When I came back to get the keys, though, they had disappeared." Still, I think that the last question is poorly worded, and I would ask the teacher for some clarification.
