Hello Victoria, firstly to convert from kg to lbs you multiple by 2.2 and to go from lbs to kg you divide by 2.2. The calculation for IBW for women is 45.5 + (0.91 × [height in centimeters − 152.4]). So convert the height of Ms Jones from 65 inches to 165.1 cm. Plug the value into the equation and you will get 57 kg for the IBW. For % weight change you will take the weight after subtract the weight before then divide that by the weight before and multiply it by 100. So [(X₂ - X₁) / X₁ ] x 100 = % change.
