As long as you can support your answers with evidence from the text, they are absolutely examples of corruption in the novel. My students often had a lack of confidence when they were coming up with examples for essays, but generally your first instincts make the best essays! My questions for you would be in what ways is Piper's scheme corrupt? and How does Moose gaining popularity demonstrate corruption? If you can answer those questions, you should stick with your ideas!
