Kevin and Max meet Iggy and Loretta Lee when they return Loretta's purse after finding it in a sewer. Iggy is the head of a motorcycle gang and treats Loretta very poorly. Loretta is a trouble maker and knows the Kane family. She is the character in the book that tells Max about his past.
