Hi there. We had an appointment this morning at 10:30 and our tutor did not show up. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for this session. Thank you.

You will not be charged for the missed appoint. Contact the tutor and let the tutor did not be charge, and explain that you were scheduled for the lesson, but the tutor missed the appointment. Email the tutor to check if an unforeseeable accident occurred.
