it wont let me apply to be a tutor at all, there is no option to do so on my dashboard

I was computer illierate, but because of Covid and the school closures, I sought employment with Wyzant. I did the followin:

Phone: Call [phone]. Choose to speak to customer service.Write a busness and a resume with a cover letter expressing a wish for tutoring tothe following address:
