How to answer conversation?

How would I continue the conversation (how would I answer the customer's response)?

Employee (me): A lot of people were able to help us with a $25 a month donation. Is that something that you'd be able to do?

Customer's response: Oh I'm sorry there's no way I can commit to anything more than the $10 per month I already pay

Employee (you): I understand, thank you for letting me know. Is there any other way that you might be able to contribute or support our organization? We also accept one-time donations or volunteer opportunities. Any support is greatly appreciated.
