Maybe you could measure the effects temperature has on the efficacy on the enzyme, catalase. Catalase is commonly found in the livers of animals and it decomposes hydrogen peroxide into water and diatomic oxygen. You could purchase some liver from your local deli, grind it up, and react it with hydrogen peroxide in environments of different temperatures. You could control the temperatures of the environments using a water bath. Set the temperature of the water bath, wait for the water to heat, and then place your flask containing the reactants into the bath. Do this for varying temperatures. You could also obtain a device that measures the pressure of gas to measure the ability of catalase to produce oxygen from peroxide in each environment. Once you collect your data, you could create graph showcasing your findings.
