Hi… how do I know that my message was sent to the tutor I am interested in having work with my son?

When I meet with the client,

1. I ask questions of the parents and students to determine the current grade level, problems they are having in the subject areas, and problems encountered during class time.
2. I offer a FREE assessment that allows me to plan and present instruction in sequential order (I assess to ensure they are learning before moving to the next skill).
3. The reading curriculum I use has standards aligned with the states. The texts and activities include subjects from across the curriculum with assessments. Students read, write, and talk about the topics to ensure success.
4. Students can move faster and retain what they read because each activity is built on the previous assignment, and we assess, talk and write about what we learn.

If you request a specific tutor, that tutor is sent a message. If they are not responding, they may simply be not responding. The other thing is, there is what is called an instant booking request. This one is sent to multiple tutors. Whoever responds first gets the assignment. If you want to be sure to get a specifically desired tutor, you need to make sure you are not inadvertently using this one.
