Plan to refresh and review your materials. It's useful to keep it to 2 hours or less. It's hard to maintain focus for longer than that, and is usually unnecessary for standardized tests. (Most of them will be multiple choice or logic-based) Read the first line of every paragraph in your textbook. Review your vocabulary with a friend, and don't bother cramming! Write down everything thing you need to remember in short simple answers. (Writing with your hands taps into your memory centers far better than reading alone.) Assign colors and visuals to your information! Tell yourself that you'll remember when you need to, and get a good night's rest. Drink water and have a good breakfast before your exam, and breathe deep. You'll do fine.
