If you has chance to be the chairman of your state and you were asked to give it 5 minutes speech air time on television to talk to the people in your community , what would be the content of your message?

You're giving a persuasive timed talk to a large audience so think of words to encourage your listeners to be part of the solution. Practice reading what you write aloud and time it to make sure it's five minutes long. Pick two environmental problems you're familiar with -- maybe spraying pesticides in yards on windy days and dumping trash in the woods. Tell why this isn't good and what can be done instead.
