Hi Hana,
I can't tell if 'x' represents multiplication here, or if 'x' = -3 in the equation above.
Either way...
4(-3)(2) = -24
5(-3)(-2)-2=28
-24+28 = 4
Alternatively (with 'x' representing multiplication as opposed to the whole number -3):
4 x 2 + 5 x (-2) -2 = 8 + (-10) -2 = -4
I hope this helps!
