I am not sure how to answer this. To write in negative form, it is to place "not" after a helping verb. For example: "I have not seen a question like this before." In this sentence, "have" is the helping verb.
Helping verbs are "to do" (does, do, did, will do), "to have" (have, had, has, will have, having), "to be" (am, is, are, was, were, being, been, will be).
Original phrase:
He took a huge risk sending somebody so inexperienced.
My best solutions:
1) He took a huge risk sending someone who is not experienced.
2) He took a huge risk sending someone who was not experienced.
3) He took a huge risk sending someone who did not have experience. (I am not confident in this answer. The first two are more likely to be correct).
