I need a topic for an informative speech.

My teacher said that the topic must fall in one of the 3 categories

1.object

2.event

3.concept

I chose food culture but I don't know if it falls into one of the categories. If not, do you have any topic suggestions that will. Thank you

In choosing a topic to present on, it's great to choose something you are interested in. Of course, I don't know your professor, but it sounds to me like "food culture" can absolutely be a concept. You could use your speech to explain what the concept of food culture is and why it's an important concept for people to understand. This way, you'll make sure that you tailor your presentation to your professor's assignment.
