a lot of health issue in Pakistan silent killer called hypertension, rate of hypertension increase day by day which are the root of cardiovascular disease how we control hypertension?

HTN is a 90% time causes are primary and 10% time secondary. Number one treatment for HTN is lifestyle modifications, reduction in salt, and exercise. If that does not help medication will help control high blood pressure. Such as start on ACE/ARB inhibitor, beta blocker, and loop diuretic.
