A. Promoter Sequence: This is simply the region that the transcription factors and RNA pol. touch down on to begin transcription. Remember that translation starts with the start codon AUG, which can be many nucleotides down field from the promoter.
B. Introns: These sequences are spliced out and therefore not translated
C. UTR's: The name speaks for itsself
D. 5' methyl cap: Used to protect the mRNA from degradation. Also, not a nucleotide to even be translated
E. POLy (A) tail: Used to protect the mRNA from degradation. The STOP codon found way upstream of this region
