10 missed errors out of a 66,000 word novel is honestly not too bad. human error should be accounted for -- a few things can be missed, even by professionals.
Having said that, you can always be transparent with your tutor and express your concerns. If I am hired for a proofreading job, I'd aim for no errors. like you did a final read through -- your tutor should have done the same. the margin for human error shouldnt be >1%.
