You are correct; the author is implying something in an indirect way. This sentence is not about Queen Victoria or about Prince Albert. It is a warning to the reader that if he does an image search for "Prince Albert" that the reader may encounter objectionable photos or illustrations. Therefore, it is something best not done at work (or school). This has nothing to do with the actual Prince Albert who was married to Queen Victoria. His name has been used in contemporary times to mean something else.
