Do I capitalize this?

My new sweater is made from Scottish wool.

Do I also capitalize the word wool? I am a bit confused on whether it should be capitalized to not.

Or in this sentence

I ordered a green Italian leather couch.

am I supposed to capitalize couch?

Neither the word wool nor the word couch should be capitalized.
