How to ask Politely ?

Could you please let me know how can I reject payment related offer from my client. Here is the scenario
" My client is comming from UK to meet me and other business related activities. He told me that he will pay hotel and other local travelling bills. But I don't like it I want to pay for his accommodation as we treat him as a guest"
How can I explain it in a polite way ?

My mother would give me this advice: Offer once, refuse once.
Say to your guest: You are our guest and we provide accommodations for our guest.
Then the guest can either say "Thank you," and the quandary is over.
If your guest insists, then you should graciously accept and find other things - dinner, shows, taxi - that you can pay for.
