Trying to contact a tutor

Hello,

I am attempting to contact a specific tutor but whenever I select ”contact” I am redirected to the main search area.

This usually happens when you’re not fully logged into your Wyzant account or your session has timed out. When that happens, clicking “Contact” will bounce you back to the main search page instead of opening the message form.

Here are a few things to try, in order:

1. Log out of Wyzant completely, then log back in.
2. Open the tutor’s profile again after you’re logged in:

4. Click Contact once more.

If it still redirects you:

1. Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
2. Or open the link in a private/incognito window

Who is a .GMAT, GRE, and SAT tutor. You may want to contact Wyzant Customer Service to see if he is available and currently taking more students. If you search just by the first name, "Mark", you may see his profile listed.
