Hi there. I messaged my tutor yesterday to cancel appointments and didn’t receive a response. We had an appointment previous scheduled for today at 10:30 and with no response and no cancelation confirmation, we signed on and she did not. I want to make sure I’m
not charged for this session as well as make sure all future appointments are canceled. Thank you.

I would reach out to Wyzant directly. I believe you can take off your credit card to avoid this. Tutors also have an agreement with Wyzant to only charge for lessons that were provided. Did your tutor provide a cancellation policy prior to scheduling? If this was breached then there is a possibility that you will be charged as this is done at tutor discretion. would be happy to provide further services if needed!
