Hi, I am not seeing the recording of my classes. Is it that the tutor is denying recording?

If you enabled recording of sessions before your very first Wyzant session, then likely the tutor denied the ability to record. Sometimes tutors will deny recording as a habit, so feel free to message them and ask if they can enable recording for you to re-watch sessions. Unfortunately, any previous sessions are lost due to not being recorded, but any future ones will be recorded.
If the tutor says they have recordings enabled, they might be able to guide you through how to check if your recordings are enabled or disabled.
