Hello - We had a class with Beth and did not like how it was going. I was charged $16.15. Is there a process for refund. We booked for 1 hr, but canceled at 30 min. I informed Beth as well. Nothing wrong with her, just her style did not match with my son. Let me know.

Hi Rajeev,
Here is Wyzant's good fit guarantee policy:
"Wyzant stands behind our marketplace. If you're not completely satisfied after the first hour of lessons with the tutor you hire, you are entitled to a refund for that hour, plus the 9% service fee. (If you request a refund after receiving more than one hour of tutoring only the first hour will be refunded, plus the 9% service fee.)"
I would reach out to "support" and request the refund from the company.
