I hold a Teaching English as a second language certificate from UCLA.
You can wait for the USCIS interview until you are qualified to be exempt in English and use your native language to take the test. However, you will not be able to enjoy the benefits of being a U.S. citizen and have the privilege of traveling with a U.S. passport. It is better to take the citizenship exam as soon as you are qualified. English test in the USCIS exam will not be too hard if you can hold a basic English conversation with others. Find a good tutor to work with can help you prepare for both parts of the test at the same time.
