Hi WYZant Administrators:
I hope this email finds you well. Could you let me know how can I review my child's recording sessions in the past? I only can see two videos now but I am interested in reviewing the past ones. is there any way I can opt for this? Please kindly let me know.

Definitely contact WyzAnt Customer Support about this issue, as Ask An Expert is for academic questions only.
But as a WyzAnt online tutor, I can tell you from my end of things that video recordings of online tutoring sessions only exist online for students and tutors to view here at WyzAnt for a couple of weeks each before they are automatically deleted. That seems to be a combination of WyzAnt’s algorithm and policy on the whole. But again, feel free to reach out to WyzAnt’s Customer Support for further detailed information along these lines.
