Medina's answer was pretty good. The one group left out were the knights--a very important part of the society--who also had land and castles within the Baron's property.

King Arthur's tales are an excellent source to use for textual evidence. Of course, any materials you have studied in class should be used as well.

Consider asking your teacher to allow you to use a comic book or newspaper structure or something creative to show your knowledge. Those are two easy tools to integrate word and image.

During medieval times, there were three social classes. The clergy (church officials), the wealthy (barons and nobles), and the peasants (poor farmers and workers). The king usually is the person who controls the land which was divided among the "Barons". The Barons would pledge their loyalty and soldiers in return. One family would usually stay in power for a long time.

The Barons and Nobles controlled large land appointed by the king. They would report to the king and have a high ranking. Their job was to maintain the army of their land or pay taxes. The peasants during this time had a low ranking in the social hierarchy. Some were slaves and some were able to own small businesses They worked long hours and barely had food to survive.
