I noticed I type a message to a tutor and then I check for responses, say, a few hours later and the message is not there anymore. Gone. It happened three times already. I check with the tutor and he said he was getting them. Can you or somebody else erase MY messages? Thanks.

In the meantime, you and your tutor could exchange phone numbers and/or private emails and maintain your electronic communication that way with one another if you please until this pending issue is resolved.
