I'd like to cancel. I'd also like for someone to look into how I was billed. The tutor's page stated $13 but I was bill over $50. I'd like to find out ways to get a refund. Tutor missed first scheduled session. It was recsheduled, then 15 and over 30 minutes late for the next couple of sessions. I notified the tutor that I'd like to cancel future sessions. Is there anything additional that I need to do? I'd like to try another tutor.

I recommend you send Wyzant an email, telling them of the incident asap.
Until then here is a little insight into the way you are billed and what might have caused the high payment:
The billing is done as follows:
- The learner (in this case you) gives their billing information to Wyzant.
- The tutor fills out a submission form, giving the amount of time they tutored and submits this.
- Wyzant charges the learner the time given by the tutor plus a small tax fee, using the account information given to them by the learner.
This means that if the tutor puts in more hours on the form than they actually tutored, the price will be higher than the learner expected. Now if the rate given on the tutor's profile is $13, then you might pay $15 (I'd have to do the calculations.), so $50 is far too much for one one hour lesson.
Double check! Perhaps the tutor submitted one form for multiple lessons, whereby the form tells us that it is only for one lesson.
The form also makes it impossible to charge for a lesson of 10 hours or more.
If your lesson was 3 to 4 hours long, this price could very well be correct.
