A grain of rice has a volume of 20-^10 m^3. A box of full of rice has a volume of 20-^3 m. How many grains of rice are there in the box??

The way you have written the volumes makes no sense. The solution is to divide the volume of the bowl by the volume per grain of rice and you get the number of grains if we assume they stack perfectly. Of course, the volumes must be in the same cubic length units.
20 x 10-3 m3 is a 20 liter bowl of rice (which seems oddly large - 20 liters)
20 x 10-9 m3 is probably reasonable for one grain
