Hi! So in order for something to be in the perfect continuous past tense, it needs to show action that started in the past, and is continuing now.
For example, "We have been singing since last week."
For this sentence, it would look something like "Ajay has stopped his unavailing racket since this morning."
For past perfect tense, you should write "Ajay had stopped his unavailing racket."
For past imperfect tense, you should write "Ajay was stopping his unavailing racket."
