Let Y be a random variable that represents the number of infants in a group of 4,000 who die from asthma in a year. In the United States, the probability that a child dies from an acute asthma attack in a year is 0.0035. 

1. What is the probability that at most four infants out of 4,000 die from asthma in a year? 

2. What is the probability that between 6 and 10 infants out of 4,000 die from asthma in a year?

Since you are given the total population, 4000, and number of events in each case; once you review one of the more simpler well known forms in math of expressing probability then just plug in your numbers to get the answers you need.
