In order to answer this question you have to give a definition to three compounds being discussed. If you define morality as the value system laid out by a certain religion than my colleague has laid out a very biblical answer. You might also want to look at church attendance records. I would define Ethics as what the society as whole thinks is right or wrong. To decide whether this is decline or not I suggest looking at crime rates and civil rights movements. Lastly, for social I would define it as the way we interact with each other as well as are economic means. So this you will want to look at whether people feel connect as well as jobs reports. Given that real wages have not gone up in almost 50 years and multiple studies show increase feeling of isolation I would argue that social is value missing but there is a case for all three.
