First, read the novel "Walk Two Moons." If you didn't take notes as you read or you didn't write in the margins, you may need to reread the book.

You are given a nice chart to fill in. It may be easiest to work down the column headed "How does Sal's decision to find her mom change her life?" That should take the least amount of effort on your part and should get your head focused.

For the next column, you need evidence. That is when you go back through the book and find evidence that supports what you wrote in column 1. I like to put a page number down when I find relevant information if even just for my own reference.

Column 3 is asking you to connect columns 1 and 2. The connections may be obvious to you, but you need to spell them out for the teacher.

Your only choices for point of view are Sal and her dad. Pick one. Each views the facts through their own lenses. They may not have an accurate view of the facts.
