Well you won't be charged for the lessons- that's for sure! So breathe a sigh of relief right now. :)
As for why this might have happened... It could be that they simply chose not to work with you anymore. Sometimes a student and a tutor are just not the right fit for each other. The best way to handle such a situation is simply to be honest and say so. But not everybody does that. Some tutors/students just go MIA instead!
The other possible scenario is that their profile could have been deactivated. There are many reasons why this can happen to a tutor, but none of them would have anything to do with you, the student.
Wyzant customer service could give you much more information on this situation than I can provide, so you definitely should consider calling them about this. :)
