Hi Lester,
You must be a student athlete! Congrats! This prompt seems to be one of reflection upon your experience not only as a student-athlete, but with team-building and developing a stronger bond across your team. Here are some ideas to get started:
1.Brainstorm
Are there games you have played together as a team? What about them made them effective? Were you all laughing and having fun, or, learning more about each other?
Were there times you set apart quality time to get to know each other outside of sports practice?
Did you ever all work together to partake in some kind of fundraiser?
What are ways that you have supported one another?
How did these team building exercises make you feel? How did they help you? How did they help your team?
Bullet point your ideas:
It doesn't need to be in sentence format, but writing down different activities or moments in which you built up your team will help you generate ideas to use.
Turn them into sentences!
Turn your bullet points into complete sentences. Make sure each paragraph has a main idea with supporting details.
Hope this helps!
