Your quotes should be properly cited, and your analyses should explain how your chosen quotes demonstrate qualities found in dystopian protagonists. As your assignment asks about a specific character, you should make sure your quotes are from the perspective of Thomas (ie. things that he does, says, describes his feelings about, etc.). To get started, I would recommend taking a look at the first chapter of the book.
