Hello!
Anthropomorphism is defined as "the attribution of human characteristics or behavior to a god, animal, or object.". Sometimes it can be tricky to identify, since even something as simple as "The paper is waiting to be signed" is an example of anthropomorphism (a piece of paper can't physically be waiting, that's a human characteristic being ascribed to an object).
Hope that helps!

That is where you attribute human behaviors to an animal or non-human characters. Like in the Disney film Beauty and the Beast where the teapot (Mrs. Pots), the candlestick (Lumiere) and the clock (Cogsworth) all behave like human beings.
