B. Pulmonary Artery
As a general rule, all Arteries in an adult human carry oxygenated blood. (Away from heart)
Veins (think venir "to come" in Spanish) will carry deoxygenated blood back to the heart. The exception to this is the pulmonary vessels as the pulmonary veins bring back freshly oxygenated blood exchanged at the lungs. Hope it helps!
