What should I use for supporting arguements in my paper?

My topic is: Should the government regulate the internet?

My outline is:

1st Arguement - Government Tranparency

I have a few suggestions for additions to your argument. They are probably usable in several different areas in your papers, however you decide is correct.

-Freedom House: Freedom on the Net, specifically. They are an NGO that aims to protect civil liberties. They do a lot of work with internet freedoms and protecting citizens on the internet from government control. https://freedomhouse.org/our-work

-Of course, I would suggest using the Constitution to support your arguments.

First, you need to know to drop the -e from argue before you add the -ment, argument.

But before I can advise you on your supporting arguments, I need to know what you intend to answer to your topic question. I can’t really tell where you’re going. Would regulation promote or hinder government transparency? All of your ideas seem to be relevant to the question, but they need to support your argument, not just be lined up there.

Third, I hope your instructor isn’t so caught up in a 3 x 3 structure that you have to pad your essay with less relevant points.
