Hey Rahman, it looks like you are on the right track. Your mRNA is 5' to 3' and you want to figure out the DNA strand that codes for that mRNA. The first thing to consider, is what nitrogenous bases are present in DNA and what are present in RNA? Second, you have to make sure that if your mRNA goes from 5' to 3', then the DNA 5' end must start at the 3' end of the mRNA. I hope that helps!
