Dear Andrew G.
Well let's see. 263000 cal / (16 oz * 30g/oz, roughly) ~ 548 cal / g of drink. Assume 37 cal / g sensible heat down to freezing point, and 80 cal / g in freezing or thawing it (disregard effects of solutes). That still leaves 431 cal / g to be made up by heating frozen drink to 0 C; since specific heat of ice ~ 0.5 cal / C, that's -860C you'd have to start at. The point is, that's not feasible.
