Passing on the Power of Language: English, Writing, Humanities
It really depends on your reading level. If you find The Little Prince to be somewhat challenging, but interesting to you, then it's probably a good fit for helping improve your reading comprehension and skills.
With any book, at any level, improving depends less on what you read, and more on how you read. Do you read out loud, either to yourself or another person? Do you talk about what you've read, referring to specific details of the story? Do you ask questions as you read? (It's good to think them. It's best to write them down!) Do you write about what you've read in a journal, discussing details you responded to, and thinking about the ideas presented in the text?
Whatever you read, increasing your comprehension is all about working smarter, not harder.
