Let's say this is the first sentence you have a correction for in the paper, and it falls on page 2, column 3, line 15 and is as follows:
The dog and the cat went to the grocery store to get some milk and cheese.
Your email with the corrections would read something like:
Please find my corrections listed below:
- Page 2, column 3, line 15: Change 'The dog and the cat went to the grocery store to get some milk and cheese.' to 'The dog went to the grocery store to get milk, cheese, and bread.'
- And so on....with any correction.
I always find it better to be extremely clear in communicating exactly what you want changed.
