What is a passing score on for the Foundations of Reading test?

There are many factors that determine a "passing score." Fountas and Pinell is used to level a reader, so there technically isn't a passing score. However there is a certain score required to move to the next level. There are general levels that students should be on based on the time of the school year and their grade level/age.
