Of course not. Apparently you just don't know how to recognize when one image cuts to another. In fact, the movie has approximately 300 cuts! When a close-up (CU) of one man changes to a 2-shot showing 2 people, that's a CUT. If you're watching Henry Fonda and then you're watching Jack Klugman, that's a CUT.
Just because you're in the same jury room for most of the movie doesn't mean that Sidney Lumet didn't change his angles to emphasize the growing tension and drama.
I think that Lumet even wrote a book about this!
